To say Albany State dominated their cross country meet Saturday morning wouldn't do justice to the team's performance.
The annual Willie Laster Cross Country event wasn't even close.
The top five finishers in the men's 8 kilometer event were all Golden Rams.
Sophomore Jamorris Hill placed first.
"We're all based off each other," said Hill. "All of us are different runners so we use our techniques to group together and we just branch off."
And for the women's 5k, it was reigning SIAC runner of the week Channelle Wong who came out on top.
"It shows that if I'm good, coming off a good team and have good training, I have everything I need." said Wong following her first collegiate victory. "And we need to work together as a team to get what we actually want which is a conference title."
Four of the top five finishes were Lady Rams.
Both the men and women's team cruised to victories in the team standings as well.
