Officials have identified one of two drivers killed in a Colquitt County wreck on Friday afternoon.
GSP said that Steven Lee Chambers, 31, of Lake Park was driving a work truck when the accident happened.
Law enforcement and emergency personnel responded to a report of a head-on collision on Georgia Highway 33, near mile marker 19 around 12:30 p.m.
According to witnesses, a Yukon traveling north crossed into the southbound lane and hit Chambers' white GMC truck head on.
Officials are not releasing the identity of the Yukon driver at this time but have said that it was a woman.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, but died on the scene.
No other passengers were in the vehicles.
Officials suspect the driver of the Yukon may have been impaired. The crime lab will perform tests on both drivers.
