Chamber of Commerce hosts 3rd Annual Business Expo

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dozens of Albany businesses showcased their services and products at the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce's 3rd annual Business Expo.

The popular event is an opportunity for businesses to engage with each other and consumers.

More than 50 businesses participated this year.

"Thinking local is a big part of Chamber, we know that for every 100 dollars spent at a locally owned business. 68 dollars re-circulates in the local economy that's big business," said Chamber of Commerce President Barbara Rivera Holmes.

Officials said because of the high demand, they will continue to put on the annual event.
