TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

Students at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College will host their annual barrel races on Saturday.

Every fall semester, Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity holds the exciting event to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association.

"I think it's a great idea. I mean it's definitely good for people to get out, get involved that's what college is all about," said Will Vaugn, ABAC Alpha Gamma Rho President. "You're here to get an education but that's not all of it. You're here to give back to the community."

The fraternity hopes to raise $10,000.

The races start at 10 am Saturday at ABAC's Rodeo Arena.

The event will be free and open to the public.
