ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Members of the military got a chance to show off their skills to local businesses and see what resources are available to them.
More than 100 people participated in the fourth annual Career Fair at the Marine Corps Logistics Base Wednesday.
As many as 35 vendors set up to show the educational opportunities and jobs available to service members and their families.
"Our military are very well experienced and can bring a lot to an employer," said Transition Readiness Program Manager Robin Gray. "With their military background, and their experiences that they can bring, I think it's a win win situation for both sides."
This was also the first year MCLB added educational workshops to the career fair.
