The Georgia State Patrol says that warrants have been issued for the arrest of Clifford Daniel Hadley, who caused a fatal head-on wreck last November in Echols County.

The Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team had been investigating the crash on J. Frank Culpepper Road that occurred November 14.

They determined that Hadley crossed over into the lane of the victims' car, and Hadley had a blood alcohol level almost three times the legal limit, at .221.

Hadley faces charges of: Felony Homicide by Vehicle 1st Degree, Felony Serious Injury by Vehicle, DUI, Driver to Exercise Due Care, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Roadway, No Seatbelt, Open Container and No Registration.

35 year old Reymundo Ramos Chilel died from his injuries on November 20th at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Six other people were in the car Hadley hit.

The GSP said that five Air Med helicopters responded to the scene from Valdosta, Camilla, Lake City, Florida, Perry, and Jacksonville, Florida, to transport all the injured people.
