THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Thomas County was hit hard by Hermine last week.
According to the city there was 8,000 power outages reported.
By Friday night they were able to get those outages down to about 2,500.
Residents in Thomasville were pleased with how fast their power was restored.
"That number continued to come down and then Saturday we were at 521 power outages and we kept reducing that number until we reached full restoration Sunday evening about 5 p.m. So all customers were fully restored, the only customers that were remaining were customers that needed to do repairs on site of the property owner," said Sheryl Sealy, City of Thomasville.
