SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) - A one hundred mile yard sale, one can imagine the large crowds that could bring.
The peanut picking yard sale has been a success the last five years.
This is last year's sale.
It runs from Unadilla to Quitman along Highway 33.
This fall it will be October 8.
But vendor spots are filling up quick, especially in Sylvester.
Representatives from all the cities got together Friday to put together a plan.
"It's almost become an event because they go to the same places every year and really develop a relationship with the vendors," said the Sylvester Main Street director Jana Dyke. "It's something awesome for all of our communities."
Each downtown has designated areas for the event.
Booth spaces fill quickly.
