An Albany man was indicted for murder Thursday. Prosecutors said a punch to the mouth led to a man's death.
Mitchell Cullen was indicted for felony murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery in the death of James Winchester.
Prosecutors said on March 20th, Cullen punched Winchester in the mouth.
It knocked out several of his teeth and knocked him down on West Gordon Avenue.
Investigators said Winchester hit his head on the sidewalk and it killed him.
