ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Boys and Girls Club in Albany is now accepting kids for its after-school program.
The program will help students with their homework, provide a meal and offer recreational activities.
This year, the club is catering to teens with its new teen center, which was designed by some of their teen members.
CEO Marvin Laster said the program gives kids support they need to be successful.
"We want to make sure that we're catering to those needs that we have the finger on the post of what's happening and listening to them and giving them a voice," said Laster.
Laster encouraged parents to register kids soon because space is limited.
There's a $5 annual membership fee.
