ALBANY, GA (WALB) - On Tuesday, Albany city leaders approved a change to the loan for the proposed downtown microbrewery.
Pretoria Farms will still get $1.25 million from the city.
The change in terms puts the city at a greater risk of losing that money if the project fails.
City leaders are confident the project will succeed and help transform downtown.
The brewery is planned to be built at the site of the current Art Park on Pine Avenue.
