ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany drug agents said a suspect put a baby in danger.

Agents arrested 22-year-old Savarus Paschel during a raid in the 900 block of Rosedale Avenue just after 5 p.m. Thursday evening.

He's charged with possession of marijuana.

Investigators were concerned about an ill baby in the home.

"For them to have an infant child around who's on an oxygen tank is a major concern for me so they don't have any concern for their own children," said APD Drug Unit Commander Major Prurince Dice.

There were also older children in the home.

Agents spoke with their parents but did not charge them.
