ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

If you haven’t done your holiday cookout shopping yet, you may want to wait.

On Monday, July 4, 2016, all Harveys, Winn-Dixie, and BI-LO stores will donate all of its Independence Day sales to Hope for the Warriors.

The non-profit organization helps veterans, military members, and their families.

Last year, Southeastern Grocers raised more than $3 million dollars for Hope for the Warriors.

If you can’t wait to do your grocery shopping until then, there are still ways to help the cause.

While checking out, tell the cashier that you’d like to make a contribution to Hope for the Warriors.

After you make a donation, you’ll be able to leave a note on the store’s Wall of Honor.

The grocer will be accepting donations until Sunday, July 10, 2016.
