ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The James H. Gray, Sr. Civic Center has seen better days.

Albany's biggest venue is clean, safe, and can hold thousands, but has not held consistent large crowds in years.

1. MC Hammer, Bon Jovi, and Motley Crue have all performed there.

2. The Civic Center was host to the NCAA SEC Women's Basketball Tournament from 1988 to 1992.

3. Seats at the Civic Center can be arranged in eight main configurations, determined by what the performance is.

4. The Civic Center was designed to host a variety of shows, including WWE, football, basketball, and ice shows.
