ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany man, convicted of robbing an Albany shoe store 8 years ago, Monday requested his sentencing hearing be continued.
The judge granted Hinson Cook's request, but did not set a new sentencing date.
In March Cook was found guilty of robbing the Shoe Station in 2008.
Prosecutors say Cook got inside help from the store's security guard, Freddie Green.
Cook dropped down out of the ceiling into the office with a sawed off shotgun.
Green was given a pre trial intervention sentence for his cooperation with prosecutors.
