ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Strong storms disrupted Sunday afternoon as they moved across Southwest Georgia.

Video shot from the WALB studio caught some of the intense wind and rain that pelted the area.

There were several reports of trees down in Lee County, Americus and even in Moultrie.

And a home and shed were damaged in Worth County.

A viewer video shows the storm that swept through Worth County on Saturday.

Jerry Trull captured it from his front porch.

The video show debris scattered across the yard and trees bending in the strong winds.

WALB always encourages viewers to remain safe at all times during storms, but anyone with photos or videos of weather can submit them on WALB's Facebook page or email them to pix@walb.com.
