ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Weed Week will wrap up Tuesday in Dougherty County court as prosecutors settle dozens of illegal narcotics cases.

25-year old Cedric Jenkins was sentenced to serve at least 7-years in prison and 13 on probation after plead guilty to several cocaine charges.

Prosecutors schedule all the drug cases during this week to streamline the judicial process.

Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards said "We can consolidate all of our resources.  All of the officers needed from the drug unit.  All of the scientists needed to testify about the nature and content of the drugs."

There is one more case on Tuesday's docket, and then weed week will be finished.
