Tuesday afternoon, a DCDU agent began an investigation into the sale and distribution of Methamphetamine from a house on Trotter Road in Coffee County.
Agents made purchases of controlled substances from Tony Fogarty, 47, of Douglas.
Fogarty was on probation.
When they searched his house, they found Methamphetamine, Marijuana, prescription pills, drug paraphernalia and drug packaging materials.
Fogarty was charged with the possession of Methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, and two counts of Possession of prescription controlled substances.
