Ghost hunter looks to investigate Turner County Jail

A lot of folks think the old Turner County Jail is haunted, and a Florida man plans to find out.

Roger Taylor has been hunting ghosts for more than 30 years.

He just got permission to check out the old jail in Ashburn for paranormal activity.The jail is now a crime and punishment museum.

Taylor and about five other people from KY Ghost hunters will spend July 23rd looking for signs of spirits in the building.

"They give off cold spots. A spirit is cold. they give off temperature changes that varies. It can vary from 10 degrees to 20 degrees," said Taylor.

He believes he'll find evidence of ghosts in less than an hour inside the jail.
