ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Albany Museum of Art is looking for a few helping hands this summer.

The museum has multiple events coming up and needs volunteers.

Those with the museum are looking for assistants to help with the upcoming summer camp.

They also need hosts to welcome guests to programs, like Senior Moment and Toddler Tuesday.

Chloe Hinton is the interim director of education and program planning for the Albany Museum of Art.

She said the help is greatly appreciated.

“The more hands we have the better everything runs and the better the interaction for guests. So, we just like to have a lot of smiling and happy faces,” Hinton added.

If interested, the museum is holding a new volunteer orientation. It will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the museum.
