ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Police are searching for a man who pointed a gun at an East Albany store owner and threatened to kill him.

It happened May 10th when Paul Patel at the A & S Food Mart on Mobile Avenue refused to sell beer to a man because he didn't have ID.

The incident was caught on surveillance video.

The man came back into the store three times threatening him, and even tried to hit him.

Patel said that in the parking lot, the man pulled a gun from his Blue Chrysler 300 and said "I will kill you."

Anybody who recognizes the man in the video or has information on the incident is asked to contact CrimeSTOPPERS at 436-TIPS.
