LEE CO., GA (WALB) -
Albany dance students showed off their talent in memory of a beloved instructor.
Peggy Pritchett died last year at age 89 after teaching dance to generations of students at Prittchett-Pippin Studio since 1948.
"This will be our first show without her presence and so its special. It's a special occasion but it's a sad occasion too, but it's also a good occasion because we're celebrating Mrs. Kathy's 10-year anniversary of owning the studio," said Barbara Pippin.
Barbara Pippin joined Pritchett as a partner in the studio in the 1960's.
