You can help feed the hungry, with a simple donation to the nation's largest one-day food drive.
Stamp out Hunger gives you a chance to leave non-perishable food items in a bag at your mailbox. Your mail carrier will do the rest.
Second Harvest of South Georgia's Eliza McCall says all the food donated will help local families.
"Summer is a time of increased need because children that would normally get a free and reduced breakfast or lunch at school are no longer going to have that. We need this food drive to do well so we can help those families offset that summer need," McCall said.
You can leave the bag out for when your mail carrier comes by Saturday. If you forget, you can always drop it off at the post office on Monday.
