ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Some Albany professionals are enhancing their leadership skills.
Thursday night, 16 professionals graduated from the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce Institute for Leader Development.
Stephen Harrell says going through the program will make him a better manager at his CPA firm.
"Well I want to be a great employee to my company but also an asset to the community," said Stephen Harrell, Manager at Draffin & Tucker. "I have my family here and intend to stay here anyway I can help the community out will benefit both the community and my family."
The professionals were paired with mentors to learn more about leadership, networking, and strategic planning.
