VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

About 2:00 Monday morning, Valdosta Police Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East Hill Avenue in reference to a shooting.

One victim was found on scene and taken to South Georgia Medical Center (SGMC) with a gunshot wound to his lower left leg.

They learned that a second victim was taken to the hospital in Adel, also with a gunshot wound to his right leg.  Both victims are in stable condition.

Officers say the victims, both from Sparks, are not being forthcoming about the shooting, but they think it's the result of an argument between them at the night club.

"The ability for witnesses and people that have some idea what's going on," said Adam Bembry of the Valdosta Police Department.  "If there was a prior dispute between the subjects, that's crucial. We need all the information we can get, especially on a case like this when neither subject wants to cooperate with us and tell us what happened."

The Valdosta Police Department Persons Crime Unit is currently investigating this incident.  If anyone has any information regarding the shooting, they are asked to contact the Investigative Unit at 229-293-3145, or leave an anonymous tip at 229-293-3091.
