MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

A 26 year old Moultrie woman was arrested in a stolen car, after she bought a bag of Hardee's eats, with the victim's debit card.

A Colquitt County Sheriff's criminal report says that deputy Jesse Stevens arrested Mary Elizabeth Wiggins, who they say went into Alpendrasinh Solanki's backyard, and drove off in his 2014 Honda Accord.

He left the keys, and his debit card, in the unlocked car in the back of his 10th Street home.

At least he has a surveillance camera set up, and showed the video to the deputy.

While they were looking at the video, which clearly showed Wiggins get the car, he saw that his debit card had been just been used at the Moultrie Hardee's.

It didn't take long for authorities to find and arrest Wiggins, and recover the car.

Whether she had eaten the food by then was not clear.
