AMERICUS, GA (WALB) - Students at GSW have an interesting way to tackle finals--as a group.
The white board for success is on display in the campus library. Students have written messages of support to others.
They're mostly genuine, but there are some light-hearted jokes as well. Students and staff like the idea.
"Coming in here and just seeing students rally around each other and create some camaraderie going into the most difficult week of the semester," said student Austin Childs.
"They do like this. And they will stay in there and write letters to each other and write messages and pictures, just all kinds of things," said Ru Story Huffman, the dean of the library.
The library also takes snack breaks at night and brings in service dogs for short 'pet therapy' sessions.
