ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Some folks in Albany attended a special screening of a movie raising awareness about human trafficking and the fact that it's a problem even in places like South Georgia.
"Caged No More" was shown at Sherwood Baptist Church Monday night. Some people say after watching the movie, they want to help put an end to human trafficking.
"I've never been to a movie that when I got done it actually really made you want to stand up and get involved,” said Ryan Dunnagan, Moviegoer.
The feature film is being shown at churches and schools to try to educate people about human trafficking and how prevent it. Former Albany resident Lisa Arnold produced, directed, and co-wrote the film to help parents explain the danger to young people.
