ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

There's a new recreational opportunity for people to enjoy at Chehaw Park.

The park has partnered with Kayak Attack to rent kayaks along their water trails.

Kayakers had their first test on the waters at Lake Chehaw last week.

"So it really helps us out. It gives us something else to do at Chehaw and Albany. Those who have Kayaked down on the flint, maybe they want to come try it here. So new people, old people it's a really great addition," said Morgan Burnette with Chehaw.

You can now rent kayaks at Chehaw through Kayak Attack on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
