ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Valdosta State University takes their recruiting on the road.

Tuesday evening, the V-State experience for high school students stopped at Doublegate Country Club in Albany.
Students got a chance to talk with representatives about financial aid and more than 100 majors offered at the school.

"It shows how we're a mid-sized school where we're big enough to have a lot of the opportunities of a big school but small enough to really to take care and deal with our students on an individual basis, so this is a great example of that so students don't have to drive all the way to our campus,” said Eric Calloway, Admissions Counselor.
