ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany "serial shoplifter" was banned from Walmart and other stores after he serves time behind bars.

Freddie Stubbs pleaded guilty to 9 counts of felony shoplifting Thursday morning and was given a 10-year sentence, with at least 5-years in prison.

When he gets out, he'll be banned from any of the Albany Walmarts, Sam's Club, and the Pilot Truck Stop for the remainder of his sentence.

Prosecutors say Stubbs repeatedly stole Five Hour Energy Drinks, cigarettes, and electronics from those stores.
