ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County School Officials say this weekend's career expo went well.
They say more than 200 applicants for school police, teachers and administrators showed up.
The Superintendent says finding math and science teachers are their most difficult positions to fill.

"Math and Science teachers are really difficult to attract,” said Dr. David Mosely, Superintendent. “There's just not a lot floating around. We're always looking for good administrators to fill as people retire or as they move on or as we move them on."

Mosely said at Monday night’s school board meeting officials have recommended five new principals for next school year.
