NEWTON, GA (WALB) -

People in Baker County are showing their support for a young boy who will undergo one last major surgery.

A musical fundraiser was held at Thankful Baptist Church for 7-year-old Taylor Sanders.
Sanders was injured in a car crash in Newton in 2014 and underwent several surgeries.
He is currently the Georgia Ambassador for the Children's Miracle Network.
His mother says she's grateful for the support.

"So that just helps us because we're going to be out of work,” said Wendy Sanders, Mother. “It helps us with his surgery, it helps us with paying bills while we're away from home. So we just thank everybody that came to help us out."

Taylor will undergo a 10-hour surgery at the end of the May.
His mother says he could be in the hospital for a month.
