Coffee Co. Sheriff officials investigate store break-in

COFFEE CO., GA (WALB) -

The Coffee County Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm call at Jet Foods on Highway 32 about 2:15 a.m. Saturday.

Upon arriving on the scene, the responding deputy discovered the door to be off the hinge.

The on call detective was notified and processed the scene upon arrival.

Surveillance video revealed a black male had forcibly entered the store and stole several items.

According to officials, the suspect appeared to be at least six feet tall with a slender build.

The suspect was seen to be driving a small white sedan.
