Coffee Co. sheriff wants two sex offenders

DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) -

The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating two sex offenders who are not where they told the sheriff they would be.

Joshua Adam Lowe is 30, 5' 08" weighs 240 lbs, and has Strawberry Blonde Hair, and Brown Eyes.  He was convicted of sexual battery in 2009 in Atkinson County Superior Court.  Lowe’s last known address was 93 Newkirk Lane Lot 7, Douglas, Ga.

The other man is 19 year old K-tarian Doncoy Bigelow, who is 6' 01" and weighs 155 lbs. He has Black/Blonde Hair Brown Eyes.

Bigelow was convicted of  Aggravated Child Molestation in 2014 in Lowndes County Superior Court. Bigelow’s last known address was 93 Newkirk Lane Lot 11, Douglas, Ga. Bigelow may be in the Valdosta area.
