Six of the seven suspects charged in that Fitzgerald lottery murder have been denied bond. Only one faces an official charge of murder, according to the charges read in magistrate court.

One by one, Suspects in a deadly home invasion were brought in for bond hearings.

The last suspect to appear Tuesday was Rosalyn Swain who was visibly emotional as the judge denied her bond as well.

Nathaniel Baker remains in the Colquitt County jail. Keyona Dyous and Anjavell Johnson were already denied bond.

Investigators say the group showed up at Craigory Burch's home on Stubbs Avenue on January 20th, Intent on robbing the recent lottery winner of some of his winnings. Burch was shot and killed after being held up by three masked men.

Investigators have still not said who acted in what capacity, but say additional arrests are possible. All seven suspects will have to appear before a superior court judge for a bond.

Jail officials say that some of the suspects are being housed in nearby jail facilities due to safety concerns. It's unclear who's being held elsewhere.

As for Daniel, officials expect to pick him up from the Colquitt County jail, and formally charge him sometime this week.
