Victim identified in fatal Newton Road wreck

DOUGHERTY CO., GA (WALB) -

Police have now confirmed the identity of the person who died in a single vehicle crash Saturday night.

About 10:40 p.m. on Saturday, DCP responded after a vehicle traveling north on Newton Road flipped over several times.

39-year-old Christopher Loller of Dougherty Co. was the only person involved in the wreck.

Albany firefighters had to extricate Loller from the car.

Loller died on impact and was pronounced dead by the Dougherty Co. Coroner just after 11 p.m.
