ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Power has been out in the Marbury Lane area. Winds caused a tree to fall, breaking two utility poles.

Two blocks of houses are without power right now.

Dawson Road saw a similar incident earlier, when a tree knocked down a line and cut off power for a few hours.

There is not yet any word on how much longer power will be out in the Marbury Lane area.

Albany Water Gas and Light is in the area, tending to the fallen tree and broken poles.
