It's holy week, and Christians came together for an annual Easter play tonight at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Albany.
This year's production was called The Mercy Tree. It re-enacted the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.
Church leaders say they encourage people throughout the community to attend.
"Anybody who wants to do this," said Betty Sweat Mount Zion performing arts director Betty Sweat. "All I ask is that they have a love of God and be willing to serve. That's it."
Mount Zion also puts on a major production each Christmas.
