ALBANY, GA (WALB) - People enjoyed a day full of free medical screenings at the exchange club fairground Saturday.
The Viper Unit Motorcycle Club tested blood pressure and checked for diabetes.
Organizers say it was a great way to give back to the community.
"It's great to benefit the community overall. Not just bikers, anyone can come out and get this screening. It's just to help people find things and detect things earlier. So if you find it earlier, it can be fixed. If you find it late, it might be too late," said Marvin Thomas.
Thomas says it was the 9th straight year they held the event at the Fairgrounds.
