ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

If your pants sag too low, you may want to invest in a belt or you could get fined.

Albany police recently cited several folks for violating the saggy pants ordinance.

The ordinance was passed six years ago. It states that wearing saggy pants is injurious to public health, safety, and welfare.

Violators will be fined $25.
