BLAKELY, GA (WALB) - Eric Adam Strouth of Donalsonville pled guilty to killing three people in a horrific head on collision last August. Strouth, 54, will serve twenty years in prison, and then 20 more on probation.
He was charged with Homicide by vehicle in the first degree, three counts, and with serious injury by vehicle.
He pled guilty to all the charges, and the judge issued the sentences last Wednesday.
The state says Strouth was drunk when he was driving on the wrong side of Highway 84 in Jakin, when he hit the car carrying Glynn and Gloria Henley, and their children, Lori Renee Haire and Kim Henley.
Kim Henley was the only survivor in the Henley family.
