DUBLIN, GA (WALB) - The Carl Vinson Veterans Administration Medical Center recently hosted a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the opening of its new multi-million dollar operating suite.
The new facility incorporates the latest in medical and surgical technology.
Construction began in January 2014, and was completed in February with a total cost of $4 million. The 8,300 square foot facility includes two complete surgical suites with four recovery beds.
Since 1948, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center has been serving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation.
Services are available to veterans living in the Middle Georgia area. In addition to the main facility in Dublin, we offer services in four community-based outpatient clinics. These clinics are located in Albany, Brunswick, Macon, Milledgeville, and Perry.
