LEE CO., GA (WALB) -

The Lee County School System is looking to employ new teachers for the upcoming school year.
They plan to hold a job fair for certified teachers.
Interested applicants will be able to meet with administrators from all schools Pre-K to 12th grade.
Officials say their last job fair was in 2014 and thought it was time to have another one.

“We have some applications on file but we know that there are some other applicants that would like to come and just talk to us and meet us face to face,” said Susan Manry Lee County School System Curriculum Directors 6-12. “So we wanted to be able to have a time to do that."

Manry says their biggest need is Science and Math teachers.
Interested applicants need to bring their resume.
The job fair is March 10th at the Bindery at Oakland Library on Highway 82 from 5 to 7.
