ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police continue their investigation into a shooting in South Albany that wounded a man last night.
21-year old Contravis Williams was shot in the leg about 9 o'clock at apartments in the 300 block of Grant Place.
Williams was released from the hospital Wednesday morning.
Police say he and Darrian Jackson were sitting on some steps when three men approached them.
One of them pulled a pistol and started shooting.
The three men then ran.
Neighbors told us today they don't know what the shooting was over, and police have not discussed a motive.
