AMERICUS, GA (WALB) -

Americus Police and US Marshals arrested six people, including a business owner in a federally indicted firearms case Thursday.

Robert Kline, owner of Americus Auto Care, and his employees, James Brown and Bruce Toms, are charged with buying stolen firearms from three men.

Albert Nutt is also charged with buying stolen guns.

Roger Jackson IV and Taris Hollomon are the men that investigators allege the three men from Americus Auto Care were buying the guns from. Nutt and Jackson were taken into custody this morning, and Hollomon is already in prison.

The crimes were originally investigated and charged locally by Americus Police in 2014, but the ATF took over the case due to the number of guns involved.
