A man freed on bond for a shooting has ended up back in jail in Early County on drugs and gun charges.
Investigators said 25-year-old Alonzo Timpson shot 37-year-old Derrick Lindsey four times in the 200 block of Mulberry Lane in December.
Last week deputies said they caught Timpson with marijuana and a weapon.
Timpson and Willie Earl Presley Jr. are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and obstruction of an officer.
Timpson is also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
