CLINCH CO., GA (WALB) - A motorcyclist died after losing control of his bike about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, near Olive Leaf Road in Clinch County.
Post 22 Georgia State Patrol Troopers responded to the accident.
According to officials, 50-year-old Charles Williams was driving down GA Highway 187 ,just south of Homerville on his Suzuki Hayabusa.
After failing to make it around a curve, the bike flipped approximately three times and rolled about 400 feet.
Williams was flown to a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida where he later died of his injuries.
Troopers say Williams was wearing a helmet.
