Albany man found not guilty in trial for marijuana possession

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
     Ravii Givens was found not guilty by Judge Willie Lockette in a bench trial in Dougherty Superior Court Wednesday afternoon.
     Givens was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and 3 counts of possession of tools for a crime.

In June 2013 Albany police found what they called a marijuana selling operation in an Apartment on Buck Lane.  
     When officers responded to a burglar alarm, they found 4 pounds of marijuana.

Two other men are facing trial, Patrick Lewis and Anthony Seay.
