CRISP CO., GA (WALB) -

Three men charged in a Crisp County murder case are closer to trial following a grand jury indictment.

Investigators say Harold Brown and Christopher Rawls went to Geoffrey Jones' home last November on Old Penia Road to rob him and killed him in the process.

John Dunlap was also arrested and charged. Investigators say he drove the two to the home.

The group was indicted this week on charges of malice murder, home invasion, assault, and kidnapping.

No trial date has been set.
